Hello! My name is Dara, and I’m the Catering & Sales Manager at Stokesay Castle.

I’ve been in the food & beverage industry for 7 years and have never worked for a more

exciting venue, or worked with a more amazing staff. Myself, along with the entire Stokesay team is devoted to making your wedding a dream come true! My industry experience starts with kitchen prep and bartending, to event coordination and customer service.

From taking you on a tour of our beautiful Castle, to the planning and details phase,

to your actual wedding day...I will be with you every step of the way to ensure you and your guests enjoy the perfect evening! I look forward to working with you! 

We provide a list of recommended vendors, including bakers, photography, florists and entertainment, to help minimize stress leading up to your special day.
