 Experience an elevated evening of culinary artistry inside The Lord’s Dining Room at Stokesay Castle.

Set beneath rich wood beams and surrounded by the timeless elegance of our historic estate,

this exclusive fine dining experience is designed for guests who appreciate refined cuisine, thoughtful service, and an intimate atmosphere. 


 Our four-course prix fixe menu is carefully curated by our Executive Chef, Zac Norman to showcase seasonal ingredients,

classic technique, and artful presentation. Each course is intentionally paced, allowing you to savor every flavor and moment.

Amuse 

Grilled artichoke with mint oil & parmesan 


Course Two

Lobster Ravioli 

Sauce Soubise 


Orange & Burrata Caprese 

Tomato, Basil, Olive Oil & Balsamic Reduction 


Course Three

Pistachio Encrusted Lamb 

Roasted rack of lamb coated in a toasted pistachio crust, served with creamy potato dauphinoise, glazed carrots, and finished with a rich fig and cabernet demi-glace 


Scallops with Pea Purée 

Seared scallops served atop a vibrant pea purée, accompanied by spring vegetable paya and finished with a drizzle of tangy pomegranate molasses 


Dry Aged New York Strip 

Expertly seared and richly marbled NY strip, served with herb duchess potatoes, tender sautéed asparagus, and finished with a luxurious warm velvet coffee sauce 


Course Four 


Vanilla Crêpe Cake 

Delicate vanilla crêpes layered to perfection, atop a rich chocolate sauce, 

and finished with airy Chantilly cream
