Willie Brockington, Executive Chef

Born in South Carolina and a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Chef Willie started his culinary career at the Showboat Casino. After a decade of working in Atlantic City, he moved to the Reading area in 1994, and continued to expand his strong culinary skills and passion for French Cuisine as the Executive Chef of the Reading Country Club.

Chef Willie has been a part of the Stokesay Team since the Gulati Family took over the Castle six years ago. He is proud to be a vital part of an ever growing Reading landmark and continues to hone his craft as the Executive Chef of Stokesay Castle and The Knight’s Pub.
